01. Administration

We manage the day-to-day operations of body corporate schemes, such as building records, disputes within the scheme, and preparing and organising the meetings for the body corporate committee.

2. Financial

Looking after all financial records for the building’s body corporate committee includes budgets, levies, managing the bank account/s and outgoing bills for the common areas of the scheme.

3. Insurances

At ALSSM we can obtain building and any other insurance quotes that are required for a particular body corporate scheme on behalf of the committee. We also lodge the claims & the follow up work with the required parties.

4. Maintenance

On behalf of the Body Corporate scheme committee, we organise the required trades for that building and present them to the committee once the required number of quotes have been received.
