Alssm Strata Management prepares levy statements on behalf of the owner’s corporation. Issuing them to lot owners to pay directly into the building’s Trust Account. Our Firm will be using Strata Pay payment options:
Strata Management team will monitor debtors for all properties and has a proven track record in reducing large levy debts.
CASH MANAGEMENT REPORT
Alssm can provide a Cash Management Report as required, providing a detailed list of all income and expenditure in relation to the schemes Trust Account.
